i love being green

we all know that the "green" efforts are starting to show in our world but some people just don't think they can do anything to help, but you can. I started FB press on a self proclaimed effort to make it as environmentally friendly as possible. Because i'm a designer and my mediums are based on paper, i've found ways to use recycling as a tool for my work. now you as a designer can too, you don't need to spend money on a fee to become a sustainable designer, you don't even have to prove that you are....you are because you want to be, because you want to join the efforts in saving what mother nature has given us, and purifying the environment so we can enjoy it! think of it this way, we only live once so why not?!

I came across this site called Design Can Change, and with only a small pledge to yourself you can join this great action as designers to keep a sustainable mindset and to make it functional in our work. What this site does for you is make you aware of things that (you might not already know of) could help you use more eco friendly materials in your daily work and methods on finding more ways to become more sustainable in your everyday life. I know i sound like an info-mercial  after this but it's reality and we can help, it can only make us stronger!
