i don't know about you but i love nothing more then going apple picking in the fall. it's better then christmas! this past weekend the family decided to put aside the "end of summer" chores and go out to farm country to get some apples and pumpkins! we could not have picked a better day to do it, unfortunatly about a thousand other people thought the same thing! aside from the long lines and unseasonal heat, we were in natures heaven. i just adore watching the kids get so excited when trying to pick out their perfect pumpkin, they already know exactly what they will make it into as soon as they pick it out....aahh to be a kid again! This year i think i'm going to try something different with my pumpkin, maybe collage it with paper or glitter it like martha does...we'll see.
